I picked up my son from school today and this is how he was dressed:
His shoes were on the wrong feet, his shorts were on backwards and his underwear was around his waist like a belt.
Me to his teacher: “Please tell me this was self-inflicted”.

No Comments “What the…???!!!”
Oh good golly. I can’t not laugh at that. Imagine how hard it was to get those undies on like that.
Yet another reason moms tell their kids to wear clean undies! Good job, Mom!
Oh, God, Maryellen, that is too funny!
Your poor little boy, I think the funniest thing is the backwards shorts, those had to be uncomfortable.
Hope the rest of the school year goes better. Good thing he’s not in public school.
Goodness Gracious! That is too much! He doesn’t look like he’s too bothered by all that either. LOL!
I bet he was proud that he dressed himself! It’s the adults who have a problem with the backwards thing anyways, right?
My 3 year old was looking here with me and said “Hey that underpants!” Allowing for independence and then laughing/blogging about it – fabulous therapy!
Only a Montessori Mom would truly get this! Too funny 🙂
