Help! I’ve Squatted and I Can’t Get Up…

I’m happy to report that I’m back in the gym.

I’m NOT happy to report that after a weight-lifting class, I’m not able to “lift my weight”  off the potty.

If it wasn’t for the towel bar in my bathroom…this story would have had a MUCH different ending.
